Key points to remember when having an event at the Jacksonville Country Club:
- A deposit must be paid and policy signed to guarantee your reservation.
- All rooms are booked for a four hour period of time.
- A contract must be signed 30 days before the event.
- All food and beverages must be purchased through the Jacksonville Country Club with the exception of a Wedding cake.
- 14 days before the event, 50% of the bill is due with the remainder due the day prior to the event.
- A final head count is due five days prior to the event.
- There is a minimum food charge required if renting the Ballroom on a Saturday.
